We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

Knox Bins is designed to help you check your local garbage collection schedule. The app requires you to select your local address. This address data is:

• Saved locally on your personal device using Apple’s standard local storage mechanisms.
• Sent directly to the public Knox City Council API to securely fetch your specific bin collection schedule.
• Never transmitted to any of our servers (because we do not operate any backend servers).
• Never tracked, monitored, or monetized by us in any way.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide accurate collection dates, Knox Bins makes direct network requests to the official Knox City Council public endpoints. The Knox City Council may log those network requests per their own privacy and web-hosting policies. We are not affiliated with the Knox City Council.

3. Analytics and Tracking

Knox Bins does not integrate any third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) and does not contain any hidden tracking or advertising frameworks.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
